In a recent nihub Entrepreneurial Bootcamp class, Lucas Rondez (nihub CEO) shared his experience in entrepreneurship. He kept emphasizing the importance of figuring out the business model and discussed how to fit in the present market with people.

Do you want to build a partnership with big companies and what are the purposes of getting in touch with them?

You may intend to get:

Large companies are broad, while small companies are deep.

There’s no doubt that if you want long-term cooperation, it has to be win-win.

For large companies, when R&D cost>Cooperation cost, they’re open to cooperating with startups. Therefore, nihub did some acceleration programs with large enterprises these years such as Coca-cola, Valid, and Tuya Smart to help startups to reach out to them.

The most crucial thing for establishing a partnership with big corporate is whether you’re able to provide innovative solutions to them or not.
